Founded in March, 2015, Nanjing Advanced Semiconductor Technology (NAST), Co., Ltd is located in Nanjing economic and technological development zone. It is specialized in developing, manufacturing and related service of 12-inch semiconductor-grade CZ grower.

Adhering to independent innovation, NAST has the core technology to produce semiconductor-grade silicon material, including optimized hot zone and full-automatic process of crystal growth. Our products are mainly applied to the field of over 8-inch semiconductor-grade silicon material and the products’ performance and cost can meet their requirements of commercial production.

The majority of our core team have years of technological and managerial experience in transnational corporations. Meanwhile, we have talents from related domestic listed companies.
